Does anyone know how long it will take for a phoenix mortgage to come through from application to completion?
Today i am having my house surveyed, does this mean that i am definitely going to be offered a mortgage with the phoenix mortgage service. i have debt but lots of equity and only £20,000 on my halifax mortgage left. i also applied for an ocean mortgage through egg.com - any comments /advice would be so welcome.
