As all of my existing borrowing has been done on an unsecured basis, i am finding it difficult to source a company who will help consolodate my debts. i earn approximately £27500 per year. i would require to borrow £27500 to clear the debts in question. as i have no security and therefore cannot offer security on any consolidation loan, my mother who owns her own property in it is entirety (with no outstanding mortgage etc.) has offered to stand as guarantor for any consolodation loan that i can source. can anyone or any organisation help me in my quest please?.

For your mothers and your futures sake dont secure a loan on her property. the future as far as financial issues go is unpredictable. if you default you stand to lose what youve paid back +property aswell. your best option is to look up the citizens advise bureuax and find debt help sources. an independant financial advisor can axe alot of debt.
