I have $3000 i want it 2earn compound interest in ireland.what acc should i look for.?

I do not need to touch the money for long period.i just want it to earn money the longer it isnt touched.can someone help me? i know the dollar is bad against the euro but i just want the money earning interest in ireland.ny ideas are greatly appreciated
