Fab job i studyed cemap for 2 years and it was fab and now i love the job and i am self-employed and loving it. mortgages are alot of work but there is also protection for your clients and with a mortgage and life assurance you can earn upto £700 with one couple taking a mortgage and some life cover!!!! that is minimum. its fun you get to meet alot of people and i would recommend it. check out cemap on the web i know the material and exams are expensive but when you are qualified it is amazing!!! go for it!!! xx
