My man and i are moving in together soon - do i need to tell my mortgage company? he is obv not a lodger but
Will be paying half the living costs etc. how about home insurance etc. any advice from experience would be nice

I would not think that the mortgage lendor need be advised.as for the home insurance provider, then i woould advise them as the fact that there is another person living there could affect the premium (also he may need to be put on the insurance policy to cover his posessions)
