My partner left ,she took the children ,one new born . i still have no clue has to what has happened.maybe time will tell .anyway the mortgage is in both our names ,i cannot afford to live her alone ,is she still responsible for the house payments?? even if she left me 6 mths ago ,i have been paying ,has she a legal right to kick me out? remember she left me ? would the court take her side ,because of children?? any advice would be greatly appreciated ,thanks

Im no legal expert, but i would guess she would have more rights to the house because of the children. if its in joint names, maybe you should sell up and split the profits. your going to have to pay out loads in maintenance anyway.
