Me and my friends are going out in london a week tomorrow (saturday 31st). where are there cheap pubs/clubs?

We went to some clubs in camden last time and they were good and ended up at club nme. but this time we wanna go somewhere different! we wanna go to some studenty places which play indie, rock, techno, electro or trance! but we dont wanna pay mortgage prices to do it! help people :)
