Is there a credit card in the uk with 0% on balance transfers for the life of the balance?

getting fed up with being charged and would like a card i can keep "for life" but not be charged interest on.

if i recall correctly, there was an offer like that a few months or maybe a year back. maybe wishful thinking but one can only ask.. :-)
