Y one specific person, if not can you arrange with the bank, to name persons on the account but give one person sole responsibility in regards to any finances to do with with the business eg business loans, direct debit etc. if so what banks do this sort of arrangement

i opened up an account with hsbc, there were four of us as named people on the account but i was the only one that could do any form of money transfer, or i was the only one to have a account credit card and debit card. i just went into hsbc and they were brilliant about it they did exactly what we wanted. just pop in and see them.
