Not bad at all. i have the q9450 too and it is awesome for this price. i heard that the nvidia 780i is not that stable, and unless you really need 1tb of hard drive space i would go for the wd velociraptor. i would go for the radeon 4870 or even 4870 x2 instead of gtx 260 because its not as powerful compared to even the 4870. i am not going to rate everything outside of the computer but i have to say the g11 keyboard is really good, i have it too =d. 700 watts might not be , i have 800 but i only have a radeon 3650. if possible and if you can afford it, i would try to get ddr3 memory.
