I am a bsnl broadband home 500 plan user i got unlimited download but only late night 2:00 am to 8:am so i am searching for working software by which i can time my system it restart automatically & start bittorrent automatically & also shutdown at 8:00 am

Utorrent and bittorrent 6 series have a built in scheduler. azureus has a scheduler plugin. any and all of those will do what you want.
