If you are going to orange for the "unlimited" broadband forget it the limit is really 50gb but as they call it fair use policy they are free to make it up as they go along. lots of people also find the livebox to be rubbish though i have never had any problems.if you want something cheap but not unlimited its fine. never had to call customer service but have seen lots of horror stories.if you do go with orange do not let them put your bb on an llu service, this seems to cause more problems. take a look at the forums on http://www.thinkbroadband.com and http://www.orangeproblems.co.uk but bare in mind that unhappy people are more likely to post than happy people so viewpoints may be skewed.
