young and never
thought what i was doing is that bad, as i hope to find a job very
soon.
am i in big trouble??
Answer
Contact the citizens advice bureau and they will put you in touch with debt management who will help you deal with this and contact the company on your behalf. what you did could be considered as fraud and i am not sure if they will take legal action against you but it does state in the small print they have the right to demand full payment of any amount due. hope it doesnt come to that though and it might be you have a black mark now against your credit rating which could affect you applying for credit later on. hope it works out for you!
