Which broadband should i go with (uk)?

Im looking for a new internet service provider (uk) basically this is what i want 8mb download reliable connection (not dropping speed) unlimited download limits and a dynamic ip im currenty with tesco and for £25 a month for 2mb thats rubbish and the connections been dropping lately so looking to switch

If you want a reliable connection with 8mb always you need to go cable as because with adsl as adsl will always be a unreliable conection in regards to connection speed
