How do i receive/pick up the new digital channels through my digital tv such as five life and channel 4 +1?

I have digital integrated within my tv and would like to access the new channels that are now available and not really sure how to start receiving them on a tv which is a year old

You have to rescan for them. in set up it should let you press automatic search.
