I am so fed up of bt! i want to cancel, but they have told me that because i moved house (2months ago) my 12 month phone line and 18 month broadband has re-started, they always try to increase my phone bills, even though i dont ever use the phone!..maybe about £3 per month! i dislike them, all i ever man age to spk to is indians who cant even comprehend me so they put me on hold! and say " i will just check the details for you" .. its right infront of them! they do this about 4 times in one call, which takes me about 40 minutes to actually get through to an "advisor" if you can actually call them that! how can i cancel???? without being charged hundreds of pounds!?

You dont say why you wanna cancel. i have had trouble with bt but be persistant they have sorted my problems out. ask to speak to somebody who speaks clear english and tell them you dont understand them. they do have call centres in this country, debloke d to be put through to one of them.
