Which should i go by, my lmp is 7 days earlier than the 12 week dating scan?how accurate is a 12 week dating scan on the nhs.thanksmy due date by my dating scan which i had at twelve weeks said due date is 27th may 08 and i was 12weeks and 3days. i know the baby will come when hes readys, wondered how accurate +/- days a dating scan is in the first trimester.thanks for answering

Both are only a guide.. nothing can be exact there isnt really much in it if its only 7 days difference...
