Download speed: 156 kbpsupload speed: 380 kbpsdoes this mean i am not even getting 1mb??? does anyone else have this experience? i just downloaded a modem optimizer from pipex but it made no difference.

I am with home call with the same download speed and upload speed as you, you are getting 1mb but i have found that every so often the modem you get from home call would not work so i ended up buying a wireless router which seems to work better than the home call modem i hope this helps
