I wanna change over to broadband from telefonica dial-up. second question is.. does telefonica have a monopoly in spain? do i have to use their line [ and pay their charges ] to have a house phone?

Before you sign up for a phone line etc. there is a company that lets you use wifi free in spain, it even supplies the wifi receiver, i am sorry but i con not remember the name , but it is a business man that does it and he makes the money from the firms that use it for publicity, i saw it on tv. i will try and find it on the web, i just typed this " wifi in spain " and it brings up a lot of sites.
