Access, only get it with ethernet cable, do i get charged for using the cable?, also is it possible for my neighbour to use my hub, i keep getting something called dc13 appear and i dont know what that is. im new to computers, genuine answers , be kind.ok.i only seem to have local access to internet,could i have inadvertently switched something off in the computor i can get all internet through the ethernet cable,so would i get charged for this i have bt broadband 1,wireless,but the guy down stairs asked if i was getting problems as he had just started.up to this point 6 to 8 weeks,it all worked fine,but now i get a hubdc13 on the list that wasn,t there now i have stacks of problems

Go to bt broadband support, they will sort you out they are a wonderful team of people, they helped me out many times. good luck
