Have 2 users on pc but internet access only available through 1 name. how can i fix this?
When i loaded my total broadband software my home page was diplayed on screen. my partner who is also registered on the pc is unable to connect to internet through his own home page. before i got the total b band software we could both connect using both hoe pages. any suggestions as to why this is not available?

Were you on dial up previously? on your partners account in internet explorer, go to tools, internet options and then click on the connections tab. make sure "never dial a connection" is selected.
