You want to find out the line speed for teh adsl broadband connection in your area..
that depends on your distance from the telephone exchange and the quality of you rphone line..
call your isp.. they should be able to give you an exact answer in mb/s..
also you can check what your are actually getting by logging into your adsl modem and checkeing data rates..
