My broadband package at the moment is 512k/128k,download/upload speed.?

Im changing to 3mb/384k download/upload speed.will i notice much difference with speed when i do.

Absolutely! 3mb is like 3000k so compared to 512k that is a big jump in download speed. you will love it and never want to go back to a slower speed again.
