Can i use my bluetooth pda or blackbery to connect to other mobile phones and call people using their phones. 10 point for the most informative answer

Older older older phones with bluetooth which were mostly euro models from sony ericsson and nokia. trust me, you are wasting your time and if you do find a bluetooth access program, 99.9999% certainty it is anybody who is hiding a trojan in it to jack your system. too bloke y bluetooth security updates have been in place to more than prevent this from happening. also, 90% chance your pda will not allow you to use any type of hijacking program...leave it alone!!!
