How can i get my mobile phone replaced i am , in a contract but my phones broke whats best option ?

My mobile was recently washed and is kaputt could i just go in and exchange or will i have to pay for a new 1anddo i still carry on paying the monthly charge even tho i have a broken phone

Call the man ufacturers and they might send you a padded envelope, when they do put your mobile phone in it with your receipt and stuff and they will try and repair it for you.
