If you are a "heavy internet user" tiscali will chuck you online with other heavy users, basically getting rubbish connection speeds. if you have
exceeded you 30gb limit (which i believe "unlimited" basically means) they might do this. they done with for me when the phone was used alot (i have their dual package). it should go away after a month if i am right and it is a heavy usage thing, if not perhaps spyware but my money is on the heavy user.
