Make sure you have:router with 10/100mbs wan and lan (some older routers still wont give you full speed you may need upgraded router)computer nic are 10/100mbs conneted with ethernet cat5e min.to help determine if your router is the problem connect our modem directly to a pc and run some speed tests:http://speedtest.net/index.phphttp://www.dslreports.com/speedtest
