Answer Base

The problem is is that every time i tune into sky news it cuts out within seconds of tuning in. i can then never watch the channel - the screen goes blank. does anyone else having a similar problem with they are boxes? how did you solve the problem? any help would be appreciated. i only have this problem with sky news. no other channels are effected.

I work technical dept at sky so ill look into it tmorow and let u know where to go from here.
