Answer Base

My desktop pc broke last week, and i cannot get it fixed so i have ordered a new laptop which i should be getting within the next week or so. i have bt broadband and a bt voyager 205 router [i think that is right, if not it is something similar] and i was wondering what i would have to do to put broadband on my new pc, i know i will have to probably order a new installation cd since the one i have is for xp and the laptop is vista. will i have to call anybody out to do it, buy a wireless router? i am going to phone bt anyway tomorrow but i was interested on getting advice here since bt helplines are sometimes less than helpful. thanks.

Let bt know, if you are an existing broadband customer they send set up on line (use the set up wizard that comes with your new machine)
