Broadband internet service provider: error 619??

Hi, i just switched broadband companies and they claim they have activated my internet connection today, but i keep getting this error message 619 and it is disabling me from accessing the internet and connecting my adsl modem to the server. i have reinstalled my modem and checked e thing is as should be. is this error message normal and should i just wait it out?

Solution for error 619 restart your computer and wait until all applications have loaded before trying to reconnect. check your modem and phone cables are connected securely. if your problem has still not been resolved uninstall and reinstall your broadband modem.
