Any credit card issued from any bank allover the world whether it is a visa or mastercard can be used in any machine.
you
have to make sure to ask yr bank if yr card could be used worldwide or
restricted to usage in yr country.
however, cash withdrawals through machines in egypt are restricted only in local currency egp (egyptian pounds).
