Halifax internet banking question?

Hi, ive opened a new halifax regular saver account, but when i logged into my internet banking, under that account it says "enquiry only service". i have not transferred any money to it yet. does someone know what this means ? thanks to the first answerer, stop being stupid. i am an expert it user and am well aware of the scams and phishing attempts in todays online marketplace. my question is, does the enquiry only service mean it isnt active and will become active once i transfer funds to it.

It simply means that you cannot transfer money, set up debits or anything similar. not unreasonable given that there is no money in the account.
