Paypal question can i still withdraw money when my bank account status is still unconfirmed?

Hi i have recently updated my card details on paypal and ive just sold an item for 74 pounds via it and the status is completed. can i withdraw the money with my bank account status still being on unconfirmed - deposit pending

You can use the money in your paypal account even if your account is unconfirmed, but to withdraw the only possible way would be to have a confirmed bank account.
