Is this advisable? i have heard of so many stories from women who trusted their partners who later ran off with all the money. would you open up a joint bank account with your partner?

My wife and i dint open an account until after we were married (6 months in)ladies do not get a joint unless your married, this go for you guys.people who do this are stupid to keep one and get what they pay for. make sure you know your partner.we each have our own and then the joint to pay the major bills. she makes more then me and still takes mine!! the classic wife, but i still love her.i dated her for3 1/2 yrs before we got hitched.
