who used there personel bank account for payments but wants to show them throuugh his business, how do i do this

Unless you show all the transactions going through the bank, you are never going to reconcile the bank account or produce a balance sheet.
all you can do is to enter the business transactions on a spreadsheet and analyse them under appropriate headings.
