They seem to make a charge for practically anything. basically, i refused to pay it. if they had already taken it, i asked for it back. they are approachable. you have to keep on. i have banked with them for years, and the most important thing to do (rare these days) is to get through to a living person and discuss it with them. if they sound about 16 ask to speak to someone else, the older the better. they comprehend the things that can go wrong.
