Can collection agencies garneshee my income if i am living and working in another country.?
I am planning on moving to the u.k and working there. i owe money to credit cards - bank in canada. if i cannot pay the money can the credit card - bank garneshee my income or take legal action against me while i am in the u.k. i am a u.k citizen.

I think you will find that your bank is canadian but the credit card provider for example visa or amex is global. therefore, you stand very little chance of not paying them back in the long run.also, as data and security issues become more globally connected over time you will be easy to find.additionally, if the credit card company can not get their money back through a garnishee order they will try other legal methods.
