Hi i recently k a bank draft and cheque to my local bank and then the next day phoned natwest on the telephone banking number to check my balance and it said all the funds have been cleared. i tried to order something online and it says there is a problem. could you tell me if the cheque has been cleared. thanks

I would use the online banking system or go to a cash machine and try that.
