I need a change of career, something a bit niche, i dont want to do a 3 yr degree course, maybe a year long thing, so i can become employable fairly soon, either here or dubai, i do have a job in the city , but its being "dumbed down" .....can i do this cipa course in london? if so who does it/carries the course materials?

If you are coming to dubai i would suggest something to do with retail market or property. the islamic banking scene is well provided for here with all the big names offering sharia compliant options. take a look at hsbc.ae website if you fancy going down that road
