Is eclipse internet any good

I live in london and ive read reviews, most of them give 10/10 but others say that there broadband is complete crap!has someone had any experiance with them???is someone with there evolution broadband option 1.

I am with them, and have always found them pretty good - technical support is responsive, broadband connectivity is reliable and pretty fast, sales options are flexible. they are not cheap, though.
