Hello my friend has installed bt broadband to his computer,i was helping him get to know his computer,when i opened the bt broadband help icon on the desktop it upgraded, i then pressed a tab saying exit setup thinking i was just exiting the help program and the icon has dissapered from the the desktop,can anyone help,i ran a search for bt broadband help and cant seem to find it...?how do i get the icon back...?have i removed the help from the computer..?

I dont think u have removed it from the computer; but u can find it in start--_ programs or if u have indeed removed it u can download the software by using this link http://www.btyahoo.com/broadbandhelp
