registered with bt broadband i cannot access my old "yahoo.co.uk" e-mails. i only get "bt yahoo"?

with bt broadband i have been given a new e-mail address which is ----@btinternet.com and i get through to bt!yahoo. beforehand i had an e-mail address ---@yahoo.co.uk but i cannot access that address on my computer because when i try to log into the old "yahoo" website i
get the "bt! yahoo" website which of course does not show my e-mails under my old name and address. what should i do
?
