My adsl connection went down !

Since then after coming back my emule and bitcomet r really slow, anyone know how to repair it... im desperate...

I have seen people do this before... if your connection went down and you switched to dial-up while it was down, got the dsl fixed but then unplugged the dial-up and moved back to the dsl yes it will be
slow... thats just an idea... the other suggestions here should work too... if it continues, call the dsl provider and tell them, they can help you sort through it
