Currently with another company that makes broadband act like dial up. over subscribed and insufficient equipment. so---- what do you think of this company? thank you.

My father has been with them for 3 years. he hates them but cant seem to get away. they penalise him with every stroke and he cannot seem to change provider without being charged a extortionate fee. they insist on having his credit card details so they can debit his card if he leaves. save yourself some grief. they are a55holes. xxfj
