Is it possible to have 2 different broadband internet connections at one house?

The best way to do this is to have 1 dsl and 1 broadband. if you need, the two networks to talk to each other you will need to install a network routing protocol like eigrp but in order to do that you will need a full-blown cisco router.
here are the reasons:
dsl uses a phone line and broadband uses your cable tv cable. you only have one cable tv connection coming in. you could ask to have another installed but i doubt the cable company will do it. you can have two dsl connection’s by requesting a 2nd phone line.
