As when u put in for a loan my credit is good
but because my house is still on the list. till it is removed from list i can not get a loan

Bankruptcy stays on your credit file for 10 years but you can pay to have some things removed from your file, i am not sure if bankruptcy is one of them but if so it costs £10, get in touch with experian and they will tell you.
