My brother is separating from his wife and she holds the money from the house sale in her bank account?
They have sold their house and are in rented accommodation at present. the money from the sale of their home is in her bank account and she is not making any effort to put this money into their shared account or put half into his i am afraid that before they divorce etc she will have spent the money or hidden it somewhere what can he do, please help, thanks
