How can i reset my virgin media tv box?

As i have to wait 4 days for an engineer?!

We just unplug it and plug it back in, im soooo dissapointed with the whole virgin media set up its absolute waste of money and rubbish, i wont reccomend it to any body im afraid, i will go with sky next time ! xx
