I have virgin media since they took over telewest and ntl the service has gone down hill and they now charge to call them if your broadband goes down even if its their fault what causes my problem is cable box goes out and when you phone to report it they always send a signal out to sort it which knocks out broadband for about 2 days until engineers can sort it with a phone call and it gets on my nerves has happened 4times in 3 months do they care fat chance hope richard branson gets lost like his mate steve fossett
