I really want to use google ad words for a dating site aimed at single people in london. i am not sure if i can filter single people using london websites i.e london dating sites also not sure how to place the ads so i need to find a person who will help at a reasonable hourly rate,that has knowledge of google ad words based in north london any idea how i could find this person
